The Perm citizens got acquainted with “Russian and poor” exhibition (Marat Gelman is its curator) and “Kudymkar is a locomotive of future” exhibition (Elena Degot is its curator) recently. Now the exhibitions will be presented to the Moscow citizens within the 3^rd Moscow biennale.

According to the organizers the Moscow biennale broke the previous records in the number of visitors. At that not only “Against the current” main project enjoys the popularity but also the special projects among of which the Perm exhibitions are.

The experts and journalists calls “Russian and poor” one of the most interesting special projects. On their opinion, the exhibition makes look at the usual things otherwise and be sure that the crisis is an ideal time for arter povera (a poor art). “Kudymkar is a locomotive of future” exhibition is a Perm train with the Moscow art guards which opened the Petr Subbotin-Permyak’s art to the capital.

We remind you that “Russian and poor” exhibition from which the Perm museum of modern art started will be shown in Moscow at Krasny Oktyabr in the hard boiling room till October 25. “Kudymkar is a locomotive of future” exhibition is exhibited in “Proun” gallery (“Vinzavod” centre of modern art) till October 18.

In the Perm State Art Gallery until July 27, the opening of the exhibition «Kudymkor - locomotive future», devoted to the life and work of Peter Ivanovich Subbotin-Permyakov (1886-1923) - artist and educator, who gave his tragically short life promotion New Art in the Perm region, and particularly in his native village Kudymkore (now the city of Kudymkar). This unconventional exhibition tells the author about the artist from the last of our days, finding common ground between today\'s art and one of those who stood at its origins. Curator Catherine Degot invited to attend the contemporary artist Leonid Tishkov, whose attitude to the arts near positions Subbotina-Permyakov.

absorbed in his youth the ideals of serving the people, Subbotin, Permyakov, as has already been established and is a traditional artist, to learn ideas Malevitch, Kamensky, Khlebnikov, and in 1919 moved from Moscow to the village Kudymkor that there, in the poorest among Komi-Permyaks, create new schools of art, theater and ethnographic collections, to organize the Komi-Permyak District Local History Museum, which now bears his name, art and production studios in Perm, Kudymkar and Kungur. Virtually the entire population of the village Kudymkora is involved in kulturtregerskih ideas Subbotina-Permyakov. In addition to this creativity, the artist has continued to engage in creative work - writing kubisticheskie painting and literature, and his wife, Evstoliya I., helped him in every possible way, the atmosphere surrounding the enthusiastic enthusiasm.

Documents of the time to tell us a spirit of bigoted burning and service to the arts. For example, a telegram from odnoselchan ending three exclamation marks: «Peter Ivanovich, you are our father home!!!» After several years of creative searches and employment Subbotin-Permyakov died of tuberculosis, but bequeathed to the funeral music to play just fun.

The fates of his students appeared no less dramatic. Some have been victims of repression in 1937. But those who have not gone and not perish, who remained in Kudymkar preserved unbelievable, uncompromising and totally inept in the 1930-40-years of service to the art of sublime pathos that clearly shows in the realistic scenes «Spreading manure» and «Opening kolkhoz Power », which are also on display at the exhibition.

«Kudymkor - locomotive future» - this is the view from the territory of contemporary art at one of those who may be called the apostle of the art - and who was not in history, because the picture did not come online art market . The exhibition proposes to expand the understanding of contemporary art at the expense of those its «spirit», not always in accordance with the «letter» modernist style.

The exhibition will be presented, almost all preserved the legacy of the artist and the work of his contemporaries, students, artists, with more than 60 works from the collection of the Komi-Permyak museum named after P. I.Subbotina-Permyakov and the Perm State Art Gallery . Also on exhibition will be exhibited Komi-Permyak naboynye boards from the Subbotina, Perm wooden sculpture of the XVIII century, some 50 photographs Kudymkar 1930\'s of storage Komi-Permyak museum, movie-newsreel mounted E. Degot, and an album of drawings L. Tishkov, on P. I.Subbotinu-Permyakov. The halls will be placed banners with texts from the private letters of P. I.Subbotina-Permyakov collected by the curator.
